Infantry Safe-Lane · High-Altitude Multirotor
A foldable, single-carry coaxial-X8 multirotor engineered for the 15,000 ft class — four mission capabilities in one airframe, field-validated in the harshest high-altitude conditions.
Operating envelope
Capabilities
01 — Cortex Safe-Lane
Lays Cortex cable along a defined path to open a safe lane through hazardous terrain — the founding mission of the platform.
02 — Time-Critical Logistics
Carries up to 10 kg across terrain that takes hours on the ground — a multi-hour route flown in roughly 12 minutes.
03 — Autonomous Tasking
Runs autonomous sorties across pre-defined coordinates with automatic return-to-base, keeping operator workload low in the field.
04 — Day & Night ISR
Integrated 30× day/night IR camera for persistent surveillance and situational awareness around the clock.
Build
Carbon-fibre
Lightweight, high-stiffness airframe built for repeated high-altitude sorties.
Single-person carry
Sized and weighted for one operator to transport and deploy.
Foldable arms
Collapses for transport and rapid set-up in confined positions.
Integrated self-heating
On-board heating keeps systems mission-ready in sub-zero conditions.
Airframe geometry: coaxial-X8 — four arms carrying eight rotors in stacked coaxial pairs, for thrust and redundancy in thin air.
Proven in the field
Validated in the worst snowfall in 20 years
Tested at 15,000 ft in active snowfall at −8 °C — self-heating, cable-lay, payload carriage, autonomous tasking, and surveillance all completed in a single deployment.
Field-repaired in under seven days
After a crash, the airframe was diagnosed over a video call and returned to service in under a week, with replacement parts fabricated entirely in-house.
